3. Wealth Breakthrough Sessions
The Wealth Breakthrough Session is a complimentary, no-obligation strategy session conducted by a member of the Forge Legacy Property Strategist team. It is designed to help you gain clarity on your financial position and explore whether a structured property investment strategy may be suitable for your situation.
The WBS is not a sales presentation. No products will be sold during the session, and there is no obligation to engage Forge Legacy's services following the session.
Sessions are conducted via video call or phone and typically run for 60 to 90 minutes. Forge Legacy reserves the right to decline a booking or end a session at its discretion if the conduct of the participant is inappropriate or if the session is not a suitable fit.
4. Booking and Cancellation Terms
Booking confirmation: Your session is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from our scheduling system. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of booking.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at any time prior to the scheduled start time using the link provided in your confirmation email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible so that your time slot can be offered to another client.
Cancellation by you: You may cancel your booking at any time using the link in your confirmation email. As the WBS is a complimentary service, there is no cancellation fee. However, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future booking requests being declined at our discretion.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us: In the event that Forge Legacy needs to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer you an alternative time. We accept no liability for any inconvenience caused by a cancellation on our part.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, your booking will be marked as a no-show. We may attempt to contact you to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
